Improve their accuracy and coverage: with almost 2000 locations across the United States, this Fast Food Diner wanted a centralized solution to manage their Local Presence, with these core goals in mind:

Our Solution

AN AUDIT of their locations identified both the duplicates and inaccuracies that could not only damage their SERP rankings, but the inaccuracies in location data (hours open, phone number, address) that create frustrating consumer experiences that could prove costly.

Through our partnerships and relationships with key directories we were able to create new listings as needed and update the inaccurate ones we’d uncovered. We also syndicated to niche directories via our Smart Network to provide them with complete listing coverage. The results speak for themselves:

GOING HYPER LOCAL WITH A HIGH ROI On Valentine’s day 2018, the diner used the SweetIQ Snapchat Geofilter solution around their locations. Their objective was to drive engagement among younger audiences when they were Snapping in a radius around their restaurants.
